Andrea was wonderful to work with. We didn’t have a set idea of what we wanted and really lent on her for advice on colours, style and material. She had great ideas and was incredibly professional and accomodating. It wasn’t the easiest time since we were riding the covid waves with lockdowns and outbreaks, but she made the whole process easy by visiting when she could, FaceTimes and also went above and beyond by sending us samples when we didn’t want to meet in person (due to the fact I was pregnant and not letting anyone into the home during the biggest covid outbreak). The quality of the curtains is excellent and given the time Andrea spent with us, we expected it to be a lot more expensive than it was.

After our new house had been built and we moved in we needed to get some new curtains, as we're not exactly "experienced" in buying curtains we were looking for someone who could provide some advise and at the same time was happy to listen to our wishes to ensure the end result would be to our taste. When I started trying to get some quotes (before Christmas) Andrea from The Curtain Lab was the only one that responded immediately (the others needed a few reminders) and she was very accommodating throughout the process. We ended up with a mix of blinds and curtains that looks stunning and feels like they are of the highest quality (as far as I can judge that anyway), I would have never considered blinds myself but I am very happy Andrea brought it up as a suggestion as it looks and works very well. The quote we received from the Curtain Lab was competitive, the installation went smooth and the fabrication of the curtains took exactly as long as was advised. We are very happy with the process and the result and would definitely recommend The Curtain Lab when looking for curtains and blinds.
